Overstock.com is probably the easiest place to shop clothing, because it gives you several categories to choose from. Example: I searched women's dresses, and then searched cap sleeve dresses under that category, so I didn't get a single sleeveless dress! Makes life easier, when 70% of summer dresses are sleeveless.
This dress is 97% cotton, which means it'll be great in the summer time! It's unlined, which would be an issue of you got the off-white dress, but for the rest of them, you should be fine not wearing a slip. Also, as you can see, it comes in several colors (although I think black is the cutest).

Although this dress already comes with a belt that ties, I thought it'd be fun to style it with a sash such as this one from Etsy.com. They come in several different colors and styles.
